At the foot of the HaiVan Pass, opposite the train tracks, you'll probably run into this enterprising group. They fought for the South during the War and now have no hope of a job under the Communist government. To make ends meet, they sell trinkets to the mini-bus tourists who stop to take in the view across to LangCo, a popular low-tech beach resort.
